Galen M. is a homeowner in Saint George, SC. Galen has been having some trouble with her crawl space. Galen has a molding issue and would like to get rid of it. She’s tried everything she can think of to get rid of her mold and can’t’ seem to get rid of her mold. After trying for so long she finally decided to get help. A friend of hers recommend that she call Cantey Foundation Specialist for a free inspection. Specialist Lauren Campbell came out to Galen’s home and completed the inspection. Afterwards, Lauren explained that Galen had too much moisture available in her crawl space. This moisture was creating the mold problem that she had dealt with for so long. Lauren then explained that Cantey’s CleanSpace was the solution she was looking for. Jenny K. in Bonneau, SC called Cantey Foundation Specialists because her wooden mainframe of her home was rotting away.  Knowing that mold and moisture caused the wood rot over the years, Cantey explained to Jenny that she must replace her wood joists, beams, and subfloor, and then encapsulate her entire crawlspace so that it does not rot again.  After some major reconstructive work, Jenny is worry free about her home falling apart under her feet!

William L. of Murrells Inlet, SC  has been renovating his home for a few years now, and he was finally ready to complete the finishing touches on the exterior of his home.  One of his major concerns was the retaining wall and gate that surrounded his property.  He noticed that the gate would not close anymore because the brick wall was settling into the soil causing gaps.  After hearing about Cantey's reputation throughout his neighborhood and on the radio, William L. called to set up his free inspection and estimate.  With the installment of 6 helical piers and additional PolyLevel concrete lifting, our Production crew was able to lift and stabilize the retaining wall and gate!  Now, William can close his gate easily, and he knows this eyesore is a problem of the past!

Homeowners Eddie and Lisa F. of Cattageville, SC have recently started to notice visible sagging in the floor of one room in their home. Eddie consulted the help of another company to fix the floor; however, he was not satisfied with their service. Complaining to his neighbor about not being able to find the right people to help, they suggested Cantey Foundation Specialists. Eddie gave Cantey a call, and Specialist Grayson Forehand came out to do a free inspection. After conducting a proper inspection, Specialist Grayson explained to Eddie that he needed his floor joist replaced because they were too rotten to create a structurally sound floor. Specialist Grayson also suggested that Eddie plan to install CleanSpace after the wood work was complete to prevent any further moisture damage to his floors. Production Team Leader Matt Garcia, Production Team Member David Herbert, and Production Team Member Nick Riddick came out to Eddie's home and successfully removed the rotten wood and replaced that with a new floor joist. Eddie and Lisa are now enjoying the new floor in their home and have plans to work again with Cantey to get CleanSpace installed.

While doing a FREE inspection and estimate in the crawlspace of this Summerville, SC home, the Cantey Specialist noticed that the homeowner had some wood damage that needed replacing.
