Effective December 24, 2024, Cantey Employees’ 1095B Forms (shows minimum qualifying health insurance coverage for employee and dependents) and 1095C Forms (describes the health insurance available to employee and dependents) will no longer be mailed to the employee’s home address. Instead, the employee may receive a copy of their statement upon request to the HR Department at mkromer@canteycanfixit.com.
