Israel and his crew called to inform me of the time they would arrive. They arrived on time! They introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do and asked if I had questions. They also stated that if throughout the job I had a question I could ask and they would be happy to answer. That proved to be true. I mean he even called the Specialist to discuss the placement of the piers before he even started working.  Great communication.  We got an estimate from another company as well and your company just made us feel better and we liked your plan better.  Just overall, at the end of the day, it's not about a couple hundred dollars, its about getting it fixed right the first time.
