Israel and his crew called to inform me of the time they would arrive. They arrived on time! They introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do and asked if I had questions. They also stated that if throughout the job I had a question I could ask and they would be happy to answer. That proved to be true. They took time to answer each question and show me what they were doing. They were very professional, polite and they cleaned up as they went along. We have had our floor problems for awhile now. We were using recommendations from friends and family. Couldn’t get a call back, no shows, excuses…. It was horrible!!
