The chimney of this 40+ year old home had begun to move away from the rest of the house. A few hours and a couple push piers later, Cantey Foundation Specialists put it back where it belonged.

Then a hole would be dug under the beam and filled with engineer designed gravel. Then a bottom plate would be placed on top of the gravel to hold the SmartJack. The SmartJack would also be attached to the steel beam above. When the jack is level, the crew then tightens the jack to create lift and stabilization.
