Jane H. has lived in her Winnsboro, SC home for a few years now. When she became a single woman, she looked for a home that would fit her needs and finally found the right one. Once she was all settled, she found that her living room floor had some soft spots. Jane did not know anything about crawl spaces and how to repair them. She really did not know who to call so she did a search online. She found Cantey Foundation Specialists, a local company with many great reviews on their website. Jane called in and was scheduled for an appointment with System Design Specialist Jamie Beresford. Jamie did a thorough inspection of the crawl space when he arrived and found that Jane had quite a bit of rotting wood under her living room. He told her that Cantey often did a wood rot repair and replacement in crawl spaces. Jane was confident in Cantey doing the job and getting it fixed the first time. Production Team Leader Matt Garcia, Production Team Member Nick Riddick, and Production Team Member Brooks Walker came out and successfully replaced all the rotten wood. Jane no longer has to worry about her safety in her home thanks to Cantey getting the job done right.
While trimming the grass, a landscaping company noticed numerous cracks on the exterior of a customer's home. The landscaping company showed the customer Anthony T. of West Columbia, SC the exterior cracks and referred him to Cantey Foundation Specialists. Anthony called Cantey the next day to receive a free inspection, and System Design Specialist David McNamee arrived a few days later to diagnose the problem with the correct solution. Specialist David recommended installing four Push Piers to lift the affected corner of the home back into place and correctly stabilizing it. Production Crew Foreman Ryan Shirley hydraulically pushed the piers to stable soil that could support the weight of the home. By finding this perfect soil, the piers were able to lift the home back into place thus closing the exterior cracks. Now, customer Anthony can be confident that his home will no longer have foundation settlement issues!
Jerry B. has owned his home in West Columbia, SC for a few years now. He loves his quaint home on its quiet street that makes for his perfect home. Jerry has done several repairs to the home but never thought about the condition of his crawl space. He had a routine check for termites which determined that there were no termites but extensive termite damage to the beams under his home. He called his brother to see what he could do and he recommended Cantey Foundation Specialists. Jerry called Cantey and set up an appointment with System Design Specialist Jamie Beresford. Jamie came out for the scheduled inspection to find that there were quite a few beams that needed to be replaced. Jamie assured Jerry that Cantey often does wood replacement in crawl spaces and could have the damaged areas fixed like new. Production Team Leader Israel Santana, Production Team Member Jonathan Lowder, and Production Team Member Matthew Kelley came out and successfully replaced all the damaged wood. Jerry has a better understanding of his crawl space health and is now doing regular checks to make sure it is in great condition.
Eddie H. grew up in a small home in West Columbia, SC. His mother is now the only one that lives there and still takes pretty good care of herself. Eddie, of course, checks on her periodically and helps her with repairs around the house. One Sunday when he was over visiting her, he noticed just how much the front porch had sunk. It had happened over time but seemed to be getting continuously worse. Eddie wanted to get this fixed for his mother but had no idea how. He was just scrolling through his Facebook when he found his answer, Cantey Foundation Specialists. Cantey had a video showing their PolyLevel solution and how it could lift concrete slabs. Eddie knew that's just what his mother's porch needed and called in to make an appointment. System Design Specialist Richard Early came out and did a thorough inspection of the porch. He found that the PolyLevel solution would be the perfect product for the porch. Richard explained to Eddie that the process would start with the crew drilling small holes through the concrete slab. Then a liquid solution would be injected underneath the concrete. This solution would expand and lift the concrete slab. Within minutes, the solution would harden to form a stable foundation for the concrete slab. Eddie felt like the PolyLevel solution would give him the peace of mind he needed that his mother would be safe, so he scheduled an installation date. Production Crew Leader Jeremey Wilson and Production Crew Member Nick Collins came out and effectively injected the PolyLevel solution. Eddie no longer has to worry about his mother stepping out on the porch and would recommend Cantey to anyone needing concrete repair.
