He sat down with Vivica to show her how the SmartJack system could help. The SmartJack system would begin with a steel beam being installed for extra support. Then a hole would be dug under the beam and filled with engineer designed gravel. Then a bottom plate would be placed on top of the gravel to hold the SmartJack. The SmartJack would also be attached to the steel beam above. When the jack is level, the crew then tightens the jack to create lift and stabilization. Vivica felt like this was the best solution for her home and scheduled an installation day.
