The lining would be secured with spray foam adhesive to solidify the bond between the crawl space and this protective layer. After Allen's sidewalk was fixed with Cantey's PolyLevel process, another Production Crew came out to install the CleanSpace system. Luckily her dad taught her a thing or two when she was growing up. Recently, however, there was a problem had come up that Katie simply did not know what to do. She loves sitting on her screened in porch in the evenings but over time she noticed that the floor was unlevel. She had no idea who to call or trust with this kind of repair. He explained that the system would start with holes that would be filled with engineered gravel. This would be a solid base that would not sink over time like soil. Then a metal plate would be installed on top of the gravel and a metal beam would be installed over the existing wooden beams. A SmartJack would then be secured to the top beam and the bottom plate. Once the SmartJack is level, it is then adjusted to create the lift that the floor above needs. After seeing the pictures of what was holding up her floor, Katie knew she needed something that could permanently give her peace of mind. Barbara not only believed this process could solve the issue in the parking lot but would cost less than replacement. Production Crew Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Crew Member Brooks Walker came out for the scheduled installation and successfully injected the PolyLevel solution. Barbara and her tenants now have peace of mind that the parking lot will no longer flood and cause issues.
