Amy S. has owned her own home in Central, SC for a few years now. As a single woman, she is proud to have her own home however she has not learned much about home improvement. Usually, if there is a problem she calls her father to come have a look at it and see what his opinion is. Her living room floor began to sink in one spot. After some time of ignoring the problem, she finally called her father and he told her she probably had rotting wood in her crawl space. He had heard of Cantey Foundation Specialists from a neighbor so Amy decided to call. She was set up for an inspection with System Design Specialist Nathan Bailey. Specialist Nathan did an inspection and concluded that Amy needed to get some of the beams replaced in her crawl space. Amy agreed that this needed to be done soon. Production Team Leader Israel Santana, Production Team Member Jonathan Lowder, and Production Team Member Austin Boan came out and successfully replaced the wood causing Amy problems. Amy is now no longer worried about her living room floor and plans to learn more about home improvement to do more projects in the future.
Settling foundation at this home in Woodruff, SC caused the concrete driveway to crack and break in front this customer's garage. Our PolyLevel solution and NexusPro Joint Sealant completely repaired this driveway and now it looks better than ever!
Kimberly S. of Piedmont, SC had a tripping hazard in her driveway, and she hated the way it looked. After hearing about Cantey Foundation Specialists' patented PolyLevel process, she called the office for a free estimate with our friendly Appointment Center. Specialist Alex Lovette arrived a few days later to inspect the concrete slab, and he explained to Kimberly that the driveway had settled into the ground because of soil erosion. As the soil moved, the heavy concrete slab moved with it causing a large crack and displacement.
Our PolyLevel system, which is a polyurethane foam that is pumped underneath the concrete slab through penny-size holes, would lift and stabilize her driveway. Now, Kimberly has a beautifully level driveway and she does not have to worry about tripping hazards!
Larry G. is a homeowner in Piedmont, SC who has an issue with his home's foundation. Larry began to notice that a crack had appeared on the side of his house, and as time went on it only got worse. He wanted nothing more than to get rid of the crack and fix his problems for good so he decided to call Cantey Foundation Specialists. Specialist Ryan Holloway came out to Larry's home and explained to him that our patented Push Pier system could solve Larry's problem. Push Piers are hydraulically pushed into the ground until it reaches bedrock. Team Leader Sixto, Team Member Jose and Team Member Mariano were quickly dispatched to Larry's home and installed the Push Piers. Larry was so thrilled that we were able to raise his home's foundation back into place, and he is satisfied knowing that our solution is designed to last. Larry can finally have peace of mind about that his foundation is permanently secure thanks to Cantey.
