Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Jacqueline C. of Seneca, SC called Cantey Foundation Specialists because her crawlspace had problems with mold and wood rot because of the damp conditions underneath her home.  To solve Jacqueline's issue, Cantey sent in Production Crew Foreman Israel Santana to encapsulate the entire crawl space.  Through this process, the humidity levels dropped, which stopped future problems of mold, wood rot, and wet conditions.  Now, Jacqueline has a cleaner, dryer, and safer crawlspace she can enjoy!

Carmela G. and her family love their home in Westminster, SC. It is where her kids have grown up and she cannot imagine living anywhere else. Over the last year, her allergies have gotten increasingly worse. It seemed like every morning when she woke up, she just felt sick. When one of her sons went to get something from the crawl space storage, he noticed mold growing and moisture underneath the house. He thought maybe it could be the cause of his mothers' allergies since she is allergic to mold. Carmela knew she needed to do something to get some relief so she searched online for a company that could help. She found Cantey Foundation Specialists and called in to explain what was going on. A representative scheduled her for a free inspection with System Design Specialist Fred Sturm. Fred arrived an did a full inspection of Carmela's crawl space. He found that the moisture was causing damage and was creating harmful air for Carmela. Fred suggested Cantey's CleanSpace system for her home. The CleanSpace system would begin with the floor, walls, and piers being wrapped or covered in a thick material. This material would separate the home and crawl space from the ground and moisture. The material is then secured with spray foam adhesive to create a complete barrier. This barrier would keep the crawl space dry and prevent further damage from moisture. Carmela knew that this system would protect her home and help her breathe easier. Production Crew Leader Estevan Lopez, Production Crew Member Jonathan Whitaker, and Production Crew Member Phillip Sullivan came out and effectively installed the CleanSpace system. Carmela no longer has the allergy issues she had before and recommends Cantey to anyone else that is suffering from bad allergies because of their home.

The Snipes stabilized their foundation and fixed their sagging floors. Now it was time that they permanently prevented their crawlspace from being damaged by moisture with our cleanspace system.
