Lucia Z. lives in a beautiful home on a side street in Mount Pleasant, SC. She has felt since she moved in that this was the home she was meant to buy. With its charming exterior and newly renovated interior, it just so happened to be the right home for her. Unpacking seemed like a breeze and she even put out some of her old patio furniture on the front porch so she could sit and relax. While taking in the evening, Lucia noticed that her front steps were uneven and cracking. She had no idea who could fix this problem or even how but she did a quick internet search to see. She found Cantey Foundation Specialists in her search and felt like she had nothing to lose when scheduling a free inspection. System Design Specialist Kendall Moore arrived for the appointment and thoroughly inspected the steps. Kendall found that Cantey's PolyLevel process would be the lasting solution that Lucia needed for peace of mind. He further explained that the PolyLevel process would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete steps. Then the liquid PolyLevel would be injected underneath the steps, filling all the voids along the way. This liquid would harden within 15 minutes to create lift and stabilization. The holes and cracks would then be sealed with Nexus Pro. Lucia was convinced that the PolyLevel process would be the right solution for her home. Production Team Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Team Member Josh Hough came out and successfully injected the PolyLevel process. Lucia is delighted to be moved into her perfect little home that now has beautiful front steps to match.
Sean G. is a homeowner in Isle of Palms, SC who has big plans for his garage. The only problem is his garage and concrete slab foundation had settled and sunk over the years due to foundation damage. Sean knows he needs help so he decided to call Cantey Foundation Specialists. Specialist Kendall Moore came out to Sean's home and explained to him that because of the erosion of soil, the concrete slab had settled and sunk which caused damage to the foundation. He continued to explain to him that Cantey had the solution he needed with our patented PolyLevel process. Team Leader Roberto and Team Member Nick were quickly dispatched to Sean's house and injected the PolyLevel effectively, raising and leveling his garage and his slab foundation as well. Sean was so happy that he had full use of his garage space once again and that his home is permanently stabilized!
CJ was irritated by his unappealing cracked concrete during his pool parties and barbecues. He was also worried about any safety issues in case someone misstepped and fell into the deep end of his pool. The Cantey Foundation Specialists installation crew injected polyurethane into the poolside as a solution. This PolyLEVEL system lifted the cracks to an even plane so that CJ could be worry free!
Tom Z. had numerous sinking concrete slabs around his home including his front porch and two sidewalk sections. Tom knew how expensive it was to completely replace the slabs, so he waited until the problem continued to grow worse. After walking around the Greer Family Fest, he stumbled upon the Cantey Foundation Specialists tent with information on a system called PolyLEVEL. Marketing Manager Kimberly Mobley explained to Tom that polyurethane could be pumped under the slabs to lift it back into place, and it would be permanently stabilized. After scheduling an appointment, System Design Specialist John Adams arrived at Tom's home to give a free estimate. Tom was surprised to learn that the PolyLEVEL is less expensive than concrete replacement, and it is a more permanent solution!
Becky's front porch was cracked and sinking in toward the middle. She thought it would need to be replaced, especially because it had become a major safety hazard. Cantey crew members raised Becky's porch using our PolyLevel Solution and sealed the cracks with our silicone-based NexusPro Sealant which protects against further damage and harsh weather conditions. Becky was completely surprised with the results and relieved she did not have to replace her entire porch!
