Keith K. of North Myrtle Beach noticed water pooling near his front door because the porch had dropped a few inches over the years. Worried that this may cause future drainage problems including rotting out his rim joist in the crawl space, Keith knew he had to call Cantey Foundation Specialists after hearing his neighbors talking about their previous great experience. Specialist John Adams inspected the front porch, and he concluded that our patented PolyLevel system could easily raise back into place and cause the water to drain correctly. The PolyLevel would be injected under the porch, and it would expand into the void underneath the concrete slab. This would cause it to not only have the correct support the patio needed, but it would also raise it back into place. Now, Keith no longer has to worry about drainage issues or stepping over a puddle when walking into his front door!
Roy and Joann W. built a back screened in porch on their Myrtle Beach, SC home a few years ago. It has since become their favorite place in the house. Recently, they began to notice that the concrete floor was cracking and sinking. They had invested so much money already to put the porch in, they did not want to have to replace it completely. They needed a cost-effective solution to save their porch but did not know where to turn. They asked some of their neighbors to see if they had a similar problem. One of them had and told them to call Cantey Foundation Specialists. Joann called in and scheduled an appointment with System Design Specialist TJ Harden. TJ arrived and did a thorough inspection of the porch. He sat down with Roy and Joann afterward and told them about the PolyLevel process as well as why it was the right solution for them. The PolyLevel process would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete slab. These would be the injection sites for the liquid PolyLevel that would find all the voids and fill them. Once the PolyLevel was injected, it would take 15 minutes to harden. As the PolyLevel sets, it lifts the concrete slab above while stabilizing underneath the slab. Production Team Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Team Member Josh Hough came out and successfully injected the PolyLevel process. Roy and Joann can now enjoy their porch with the peace of mind that their solution will last.

John and Julie S. of Murrells Inlet, SC experienced some settlement in their driveway after the past few months of heavy rains. Not wanting it to get any worse, they called Cantey Foundation Specialist after seeing one of our trucks driving around the neighborhood. Specialist Alex Lovette inspected their concrete slab driveway, and he explained because of the heavy rains there was erosion under the slab. The displaced soil caused the slab to sink in order to find support. Production Team Leader Roberto Bunchner installed our patented PolyLevel system a few weeks later, which lifted and stabilized the driveway back into place... and it was only a fraction of the cost of replacing the slab!
