Ranarda J. has wanted to turn her basement into something more than a storage area since she moved into her Columbia, SC home. It has been years but finally, she had the resources and time. The plan was to turn the basement into an area to host her family and friends. Ranarda started working on this project but everything came to a halt when the flooring was removed. She was told that new floors could not be laid down until her sinking concrete was fixed, it would only ruin the floors over time. The contractor she was working with suggested she call Cantey Foundation Specialists to do a free inspection. Ranarda did just that and was scheduled for an appointment with System Design Specialist, TJ Harden. TJ arrived as scheduled and did an inspection on the floor, finding that Cantey’s PolyLevel process could definitely help. Small holes would be drilled through the floor and then injection sites would be set up for the liquid polyurethane solution. This solution would be injected underneath the concrete so that it could fill all of the void. The liquid would harden quickly, forming a solid foundation and lifting the concrete back to a stable position. Ranarda wanted the PolyLevel process installed as soon as possible so that she could continue with her plans. Production Team Leader, Jeremey Wilson and Production Team Member, Nick Collins came out and effectively injected the PolyLevel process. Ranarda is almost finished with the basement she has always wanted and is excited to host her family and friends.
Michael M. of Columbia, SC has had an issue with his porch for the past 15 years. He finally decided to do something after his porch had sank to a very noticeable level. Michael wanted to sell the house and he couldn't bring himself to show it to prospective buyers in the condition it was in. This is where Cantey came in; Alex Lovette, a Specialist at Cantey, inspected the job and explained to Michael that we could use our patented PolyLevel process to raise his porch to desirable levels. Michael wanted us to raise his porch as far as we could in order for it to look the absolute best it could for potential buyers. Production Team Leader, Roberto, and his crew, Nick, came in and began the PolyLevel process. After some push and pull, Roberto and his team raised the porch and sealed off the remaining gap for a fuller and cleaner look to Michael's porch. Now, Michael can sell his house with the peace of mind that the front porch will not longer deter potential home buyers away.

Rob and Meredith R. have owned their home in Columbia, SC for about 10 years now. They purchased the home after retiring and decided it would be their forever home. They have enjoyed having a newer home after years of owning older houses that needed repairs. They have not had to worry much until Meredith tripped over the front porch and fell down the stairs. The porch had started to sink, causing a major tripping hazard at the top of the steps. They were fortunate that she did not break anything but the porch situation needed to be addressed. Rob started looking for a company that could solve this problem for them and found his answer while listening to the radio. There was a commercial about Cantey Foundation Specialists and their PolyLevel process. Rob called in and scheduled an appointment with System Design Specialist, TJ Harden. TJ arrived and did a thorough inspection of the porch and took some readings. Afterward, he sat down with both of them to discuss how the PolyLevel process was the solution they needed to remove the dangerous tripping hazard. Small holes would be drilled through the concrete slab that makes up the porch. Then a liquid polythene is injected underneath the concrete. Due to this solution being a liquid, it can effectively fill all the void that exists underneath the concrete. The liquid quickly hardens forming a solid foundation and giving the concrete the lift it needs to return to its original position. Rob and Meredith were impressed by the process and decided to hire Cantey to do the job. Production Team Leader, Roberto Buchner and Production Team Member, Josh Hough came out and successfully injected the porch with the PolyLevel process. Rob and Meredith have peace of mind that their porch will not pose any risks to them any longer and have recommended Cantey to others with concrete repair needs.
