Everything went great.  The two young men installed some crawl space jacks in such a timely manner.  They worked hard and got the job done.  And they were so nice and professional!  I really appreciated the final walk-through so I could see what they accomplished.

Everything went well and they got done on time which I appreciated.  They cleaned up too, it's like they weren't even here.

My wife and I ran into a small problem as during the final walk through we didn't have the lift that we were promised.  The foreman Justin explained why he couldn't bring it more together with the helical pier system he installed, but he told us to hold on for a moment.  After a phone call, he said that their Poly truck was at a job half an hour away, and that they could try to pump some polymer underneath the slab to give it more lift.  Lo and behold, it worked. Without his fast thinking and ability to problem solve, the two crews worked together to bring the results I wanted.  Thanks guys.

The job ended up being a little more difficult than originally expected, but the crew did amazing work and they wanted to ensure my happiness.  Thank you Roberto & Nick for dealing with me!
