After the many rain storms that hit South Carolina in October and beginning of November 2015, Andrew W. of Orangeburg called Cantey Foundation Specialists because his crawl space was flooded.  With the impending possibility of wood rot and mold, Andrew and Cantey Foundation decided to dispose of all the water and completely encapsulate the space.  Now, Andrew does not have to worry about his crawl space; it is now cleaner, dryer, and healthier than ever before.

Homeowner Delores R. from Orangeburg, SC started to notice visible sagging on her kitchen floor. For a while, she decided to ignore this problem due to other circumstances in her life that required more of her attention. While out running some errands she saw a truck with a Cantey Foundation Specialists logo on it and she decided it was time to give someone a call. When System Design Specialist Jamie arrived Delores explained to him that this problem had been going on for a while but she was starting to worry about her families' safety. Delores just wanted her home to be right, the way it was supposed to be. After giving the home a thorough inspection Jamie explained to Delores that the piers underneath her home had begun to settle. This concerned Delores but Jamie clarified that there was an easy and lasting solution to her problem. He suggested that Cantey's patented SmartJack system be installed to help resist the settling ground underneath her home and at the same time create a lift that would fix the floor in her kitchen. Production Team Leader Israel and Production Team Member Jonathan came out and successfully installed the SmartJacks system to Delores' home. Delores is now enjoying her new, safe kitchen floor with her family and she is thankful to Cantey for making her home right as it is supposed to be.
