Nancy G. has owned her home with her husband in Irmo, SC since her children were small. Now that all the kids have grown up, she and her husband have worked on many projects together. No kids meant they had more time to do the different improvements they had always wanted to their home. Nancy had always heard of encapsulations for crawl spaces and thought it was a great idea. She and her husband already used their crawl space for some storage but this would allow them to utilize the whole space. Nancy went online and search crawl space encapsulations to see what information was out there. She found Cantey Foundation Specialists website and read up on how their encapsulation worked. Cantey offered free inspections and estimates so Nancy called and scheduled an appointment. System Design Specialist Jamie Beresford arrived and after introducing himself, he got to work. Jamie sat down with Nancy and her husband after the inspection and gave them some additional information about Cantey's CleanSpace system. The CleanSpace system starts with a liner being installed around the walls and piers. It is then laid across the floor of the crawl space and then secured at the top using spray foam adhesive. This creates a barrier that keeps all of the moisture and pests out. This would make a perfect area for all Nancy and her husband's storage needs. They scheduled an installation that day and two weeks later the crew arrived. Production Crew Leader Trey Dukes and Production Crew Member Robert Gardner got to work on the project and successfully installed the CleanSpace system. Nancy and her husband are now taking full advantage of their storage area and they can also tell a difference of how much cleaner the air in their home is.
Jack A. called Cantey Foundation Specialists because his crawl space needed to be encapsulated; he was worried about the probability of rotting wood joists, mold growth, and the fact that he could be potentially breathing in all the dirt. "It's just a mess!" Jack said.
Within a day, Production Crew Foreman Jonathan, Project Manager Sean, and Production Crew Members Ethen and Israel removed his insulation and debris, added a drain, and completely encapsulated his crawlspace.
Now, Jack can enjoy a cleaner, healthier crawl space!
George R. is a homeowner and furniture builder in Elgin, SC. Many years ago he decided to use his talent as a woodworker to build furniture pieces for sale. This became his perfect job because it allowed him to work from home and have a passion for his work. His workshop is used daily and recently he began to notice that the concrete floor had begun to sink. He did not want his workshop to lose integrity nor cause harm to any of his furniture. While at the hardware store getting supplies for the week he saw a truck with Cantey Foundation Specialists' logo on it. He called the number to see if they could possibly lift the flooring in his workshop. He was scheduled for an appointment with System Design Specialist Jamie Beresford. Jamie arrived for the appointment and did an inspection on the concrete floor. Jamie told George that the solution that his workshop needed was Cantey's PolyLevel process. The PolyLevel process would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete slab. Then the PolyLevel would be injected underneath the slab as a liquid to fill all the voids underneath. The PolyLevel would harden into a solid within 15 minutes creating lift and stabilization for the concrete slab. George felt like the PolyLevel would bring back the integrity of his workshop and wanted to move forward with the installation. Production Team Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Team Member Joshua Hough came out and successfully injected the PolyLevel process. George is back to making beautiful furniture worry-free thanks to Cantey's PolyLevel solution.

Jim A. built his dream home in Elgin, SC in 2009. He and his wife wanted to be closer to their grandchildren when they retired so they built the perfect home to have their family over. The home included a pool area that they designed themselves. Since it was built, it has been important to Jim to take care of that area so his family can enjoy it. About a year ago he noticed that a concrete slab near the pool stairs was starting to sink. Because of the upcoming summer, Jim knew he had to get it fixed and fast. He did a search online for concrete repair and found Cantey Foundation Specialists. Cantey had a solution that would raise the sinking slab and make it level again. Jim called in and scheduled an appointment for a free inspection. System Design Specialist Chip Baxter came out and did a thorough inspection of the area. He sat down with Jim to explain how the PolyLevel solution works after the inspection. The PolyLevel solution would begin by drilling small holes through the concrete slab, then the liquid PolyLevel solution would be injected underneath the concrete slab. This solution then expands creating lift and stabilization. Within minutes, the solution completely hardens forming a stable foundation for the concrete slab. Jim was impressed with what this solution could do and scheduled an installation day. Production Crew Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Crew Member Brooks Walker came out and effectively installed the PolyLevel solution. Jim is now enjoying some summer fun with his children and grandchildren with no worries.
