This crawlspace needed a Clean space installation to protect the foundation walls, pillars and joists from becoming deteriorated from the mold and humidity on the horse farm. Being built off of a steep hill, there was a lot of water run off that would get in the crawlspace, which is a big problem in the long run for any foundation.
