Michael B. bought a home a few months ago in Westminster, SC for his family. He recently got a new job in the Upstate and found just the right home for his family. Although the right layout for his small family, Michael knew that the home needed some work. To start there were cracks forming on the outside and he knew that was a sign of foundation issues. Then piers would be driven into the ground that would push up on that bracket when the reached the more competent soil.
