Meg K. of Mount Pleasant, SC called Cantey Foundation Specialists because she wanted to sell her home, and she knew that the sagging floors were a major concern. System Design Specialist Kendall Moore, Jr. inspected Meg's crawl space, interior, and exterior parts of her home. Upon the examination, Specialist Kendall found rotting subfloor and inadequate crawl space posts that were not supporting the floor above it. Specialist Kendall's solution was Cantey's patented SmartJack System that could lift and stabilize her sagging floors back into place using galvanized steel crawl space posts. The SmartJack posts are better than any other product on the market because they are fully adjustable, addresses the real problem which is the soil, and is not vulnerable to mold and rot. The SmartJack System can also be installed with limited disruption to the homeowner and in a timely manner. Customer Meg K. was so satisfied with the SmartJack solution fixing her problem that she has already called Cantey Foundation Specialists to schedule an installation of a crawl space encapsulation!
Lucia Z. lives in a beautiful home on a side street in Mount Pleasant, SC. She has felt since she moved in that this was the home she was meant to buy. With its charming exterior and newly renovated interior, it just so happened to be the right home for her. Unpacking seemed like a breeze and she even put out some of her old patio furniture on the front porch so she could sit and relax. While taking in the evening, Lucia noticed that her front steps were uneven and cracking. She had no idea who could fix this problem or even how but she did a quick internet search to see. She found Cantey Foundation Specialists in her search and felt like she had nothing to lose when scheduling a free inspection. System Design Specialist Kendall Moore arrived for the appointment and thoroughly inspected the steps. Kendall found that Cantey's PolyLevel process would be the lasting solution that Lucia needed for peace of mind. He further explained that the PolyLevel process would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete steps. Then the liquid PolyLevel would be injected underneath the steps, filling all the voids along the way. This liquid would harden within 15 minutes to create lift and stabilization. The holes and cracks would then be sealed with Nexus Pro. Lucia was convinced that the PolyLevel process would be the right solution for her home. Production Team Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Team Member Josh Hough came out and successfully injected the PolyLevel process. Lucia is delighted to be moved into her perfect little home that now has beautiful front steps to match.

Sally and Brian M. have lived in Mount Pleasant for a few years now. They love their home at the end of their beautiful neighborhood. One day after coming home from a long day, Sally noticed some mold growing on the vent in the living room before she could relax. She mentioned it to Brian and they agreed that they needed to call someone. They asked their neighbors if they had any suggestions. One neighbor said he had a similar issue and he called Cantey Foundation Specialists. Brian called in the next day and scheduled an appointment. System Design Specialist Grayson Forehand arrived for the appointment and did a thorough inspection of the crawl space. Sally and Brian sat down with Grayson afterward and discussed a plan to solve the moisture issues. Grayson showed Sally and Brian some information on Cantey's CleanSpace System. The CleanSpace System would consist of a thick liner of material that would cover the floor, walls, and piers of the crawl space. It would be secured with spray foam adhesive at the top to create a complete barrier between the ground and the crawl space. Sally and Brian believed they needed the CleanSpace system in order to no longer worry about the mold. Production Crew Leader Jonathan Lowder, Production Crew Member Dillon Price, and Production Crew Member David Allan Herbert came out and effectively installed the CleanSpace system. Sally and Brian no longer have to worry about mold and have recommended Cantey to several of their other neighbors.
