Cracked Sheet Rock Creates Eye Sore for Customer in Pickens, SC
Challenge
Shannon W. of Pickens, SC had a foundation problem that was cracking the Sheet Rock in the walls in her house. Over time, the cracks became worse, and it became a huge eye sore for Shannon. She called Cantey Foundation Specialists after seeing an advertisement on television, and System Design Specialist Trey Smedley came over to diagnose the problem. Specialist Trey had the best permanent solution to make sure the job was fixed the right way. He recommended that Shannon install two Smart Jacks and 9 feet of supplemental beam to fix the problem.
Solution
The Production Crew led by Foreman Trey Dukes came in and installed the two Smart Jacks and 9 feet of supplemental beam. The Smart Jacks were able to lift the floor back into place, closing the unseemly cracks. Because the floor is now stabilized, Shannon is able to patch and paint the eye sore without it reappearing!
