SmartJack System Lifts and Stabilizes Lugoff Home in Timely Manner
Challenge
Customer Sherri P. was renovating her home in Lugoff, SC when she noticed that her floors were squeaking and sloping in the corner of her master bedroom and closet door. Sherri had already made an appointment with a local floor installment company in two weeks time, so she needed the problem to be fixed correctly and quickly. After searching for a solution online, Sherri called both Cantey Foundation Specialists and one of our competitors. Because she was worried about time management, Cantey sent System Design Specialist Jason Hardage to inspect her home that Saturday afternoon. He explained that we could install four of our patented SmartJacks, which could lift and permanently stabilize her floors for many years to come.
Solution
The Production Crew led by Foreman Israel Santana installed four SmartJacks with its corresponding eighteen feet of supplemental beam to permanently lift and stabilize Sherri's floors. Foreman Israel and his crew were able to complete this job in one very long day, but they were happy to finish it correctly and on the customer's important time frame. Sherri's floors were installed a few days later, and she does not have to worry about the floors sagging or sloping ever again!
