Foundation Stabilized and Sagging Floors Corrected in Cross, SC Home
Challenge
William P. of Cross, SC noticed numerous exterior cracks in his brick foundation. After researching online about foundation repair, he called Cantey Foundation Specialists for his free estimate. Upon inspection, System Design Specialist Grayson Forehand found numerous problems throughout the foundation including sagging floors, settlement of the corners of the home, and unlevel concrete slabs. Specialist Grayson recommended installing push piers around the perimeter of the home, installing SmartJacks in the crawl space to lift and support the sagging floors, and lastly injecting our patented PolyLEVEL polymer to lift the concrete slab back into place.
Solution
Two of Cantey's production crews helped fix William's home. One crew led by Foreman Ryan Shirley pushed 9 piers the support the corners of the home. After stabilizing the exterior, the crew worked on the crawl space. They installed seven SmartJacks with supplemental beam to lift and stabilize the sagging floors. The other crew led by Foreman TJ Harden injected our patented PolyLEVEL underneath the concrete garage and driveway slab to also raise it back into place. Now, William's home is completely stabilized inside and out!
