Challenge
This home had a rotting beam that was causing the floors to sag. Mold growth in your crawl space will have serious affects on your foundation and it will cause floors to sag and creak. High humidity and moisture are the culprits of mold growth and the affects it can have on organic materials such as wood.
Solution
We reinforced the beam with two 2x10s on either side and installed eight smart jacks to move the floor back to it's original position.
