Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: CleanSpace Provides a Fresh Start for Storage Space in Lexington, SC

Anne C. has lived in her Lexington, SC home with her husband for a few years now. They love their home, it was just what they wanted when they were searching. Anne's husband is quite the handyman and regularly does different projects around their home. He stores most of his tools in the crawl space. When they were looking at the home, they were amazed at how much storage room they had in the tall crawl space. They worked together to build shelves so everything would be organized. What they did not know was how much moisture this crawl space accumulated. They started to notice signs of damage from the moisture and knew they had to find some sort of solution. Anne attended the Columbia Home and Garden Show with some of her friends. She came across a booth for Cantey Foundation Specialists. A representative there told her about Cantey's CleanSpace system and how it could fix her moisture problem. Anne signed up for an appointment there and System Design Specialist Jamie Beresford came out the next week for a free inspection. Jamie did a thorough inspection and took some pictures to show the moisture damage he found. Jamie believed that the CleanSpace system was perfect for Anne's crawl space and would allow her and her husband to continue to use it. The CleanSpace system would begin with the wall, floor, and each pier being wrapped in the CleanSpace material. This material would be secured with a spray foam adhesive at the top to ensure a complete barrier between the ground and the crawl space. Not only would this allow for a perfect storage area but it would also provide cleaner air in Anne's home. Anne scheduled the installation date and she and her husband were excited about a fresh start for their storage space. Production Crew Leader Israel Santana, Production Crew Member Nick Rish, and Production Crew Member Zenen Dominguez came out and effectively installed the CleanSpace system. Anne and her husband now have an even better storage space and they plan on utilizing even more of the crawl space now.
