Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Mold Treatment, SmartJacks, and CleanSpace Solution for Columbia, SC Home

Bonnie R. of Columbia, SC was looking to sell her home in the near future.  Before she put her house on the market, she wanted to fix the foundation cracks and horrible smell coming from her crawl space.  Calling Cantey Foundation Specialists for a free estimate, System Design Specialist James Davis realized that she had quite a few problems throughout her home.  Her foundation was settling into the soil, which caused both the exterior and interior cracks.  Specialist James explained to Bonnie that she needed to lift and stabilize her foundation through two tactics: our SmartJack crawl space jack which would help with the interior sloping floors, and our Push Piers that would stabilize the corner of the home that caused the exterior cracks.  Before we could complete this work, however, Bonnie also need to treat for the mold that began to grow in her crawl space.  Although this was a large project, Bonnie has increased value to her home and will be able to sell it faster and for a better price!
