In addition to piers settling into the soil, customer Wayne W. had some termite damage which created structural problems including sagging floors.
Replacement of Damaged Wood
Cantey tore out all termite-damaged wood and replaced it with treated wood beams. This prevents further infestation problems, and fixes one of the issues with the sagging floors.
Solution to Sagging Floors
After replacing any damaged wood, Cantey installed 11 SmartJacks to lift and stabilize the floor from further settlement.

All of our SmartSumps have an alarm system in case something goes wrong or the sump pump is unable to drain the crawl space fast enough.

The Crawl Space is complete with a certification of the CleanSpace system and the SmartSump System ready to defeat any future water drainage problems.
