Cantey helps Branchville Customer by Keeping Bugs, Moisture and Smells out of the Home
Challenge
Customer Patrice S. of Branchville, SC was tired of having bugs, musty smells and moisture coming into her house. She called Cantey Foundation Specialists after researching online and called into the office to make an appointment. Shortly after, System Design Specialist James came to inspect her home and diagnosis her problem. When the inspection concluded, Specialist James explained to Patrice that there was stagnant water under her home which caused mold to grow. Specialist James recommended that Cantey installs a CleanSpace encapsulation system, SmartSump System, SaniDry CX, and an Everlast Door to correct the bug infestation and stagnant water issues.
Solution
Production Crew Foreman Jonathan and his crew installed the CleanSpace encapsulation, which is made of 20 mil thick plastic liner and has antimicrobic additive in the material which prevents any mold growth on the liner. The SmartSump System drained any water that appears in the crawl space, which in turn prevents any potential mold growth in the area. The SaniDry CX dehumidifier was added to make sure the crawl space stays nice and dry. It will also help control the moisture levels inside the home. Through the CleanSpace system, Patrice will no longer have to worry about the musty smells, and moisture issues! This greatly increases the property value in case Patrice ever wants to sell her home.
