Concrete Repair Photo Album: PolyLevel Repairs Tripping Hazard for Family in Lugoff, SC
Melissa W. built her dream home with her husband almost 20 years ago in Lugoff, SC. Since then they have continuously made improvements to their home as their family grew and changed. A few years ago, Melissa decided that they would install a pool to enjoy as a family. They have since loved having a pool except for the problem it came with. Melissa began to notice that the concrete slabs the pool installers put in were sinking. This made a tripping hazard between the original concrete slab and the pool deck that was concerning. One of her neighbors had some issues with his driveway and recommended Cantey Foundation Specialists. Melissa called in and was scheduled for an appointment with System Design Specialist Alexander Lovette. When Alexander came out and inspected the pool deck he found that the PolyLevel process would be a perfect fix. The PolyLevel process would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete slab. Then the PolyLevel would be injected underneath the slab as a liquid to fill all the voids underneath. The PolyLevel would harden into a solid within 15 minutes creating lift and stabilization for the concrete slab. Production Team Leader Jeremey Wilson and Production Team Member Nick Collins came out and successfully injected the PolyLevel to Melissa's pool deck. Melissa and her family can now comfortably appreciate their pool for the last few weeks of summer thanks to Cantey's solution.
