Concrete Leveling Photo Album: PolyLevel Keeps the Backyard Fun Going in Union, SC
Chris K. moved into his dream home in Union, SC with his family about 10 years ago. Since then, his children have grown up in just the right home. With a big backyard with plenty of room to play, it has been the perfect family environment. One day while one of the kids was running into the house, they tripped over the crooked tiles. Before this, Chris had ignored the slowly sagging porch, thinking it would not get any worse. Now that it was posing a safety risk, Chris wanted to get it fix for good. He received a buy local brochure in the mail and saw an advertisement for Cantey Foundation Specialists. It noted that Cantey could fix sinking concrete so Chris decided to call in. System Design Specialist Richard Murphy came out for the scheduled appointment and surveyed the sinking porch. Richard determined that Cantey's PolyLevel process could lift and stabilized Chris' porch. The PolyLevel process would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete. Then a liquid PolyLevel is then injected underneath the concrete to fill all the voids. Seconds after the PolyLevel is injected, it begins to harden. As it hardens and expands, the PolyLevel creates lift and stabilization for the concrete slab. Chris believed this solution would be right to keep his family safe. Production Team Leader Jeremey Wilson and Production Team Member Nick Collins came out and effectively injected the PolyLevel process. Chris and his family feel safer with nothing in the way of their fun now that they have a stable and level porch.
