Terry S. has owned his home in Clover, SC for a few years now and could not be happier. He loves his boat and fishing, so being right on the water has been a blessing. Every evening he takes the boat out on the water even if it is only for 15 minutes. The previous owner had put in a boat ramp next to the house. It is a great addition to have for Terry however, there was cracking in the concrete and voids underneath the slabs. Terry was not as concerned with the cracks as he was with the stability of the concrete slabs. Those voids underneath could give way at any moment, especially when his boat was on them. For any home repair in the past, Terry has consulted HomeAdvisor to find the right company for the job. When he searched concrete repair, he found Cantey Foundation Specialists and gave them a call. System Design Specialist Alex Lovette arrived for the scheduled appointment and was surprised at the voids underneath the boat ramp. Alex told Terry not to worry though, Cantey could definitely fix it. The PolyLevel process would be a lasting and stable solution. It would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete slabs. Then a liquid PolyLevel is injected underneath the concrete slabs, filling all the voids. As the PolyLevel hardens, it creates lift and stability and after 30 minutes is completely set. Production Team Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Team Member Josh Hough came out and successfully injected the PolyLevel process. Terry is beyond happy that he no longer has to worry about the safety of his prized boat, thanks to the stability of the PolyLevel under his boat ramp.
