Concrete Leveling Photo Album: PolyLevel Raises Hobby Space in Greer, SC
William H. has owned his home in Greer, SC since 2003 and since then has begun his retirement. With all the free time he has now, William decided he needed some hobbies to keep him occupied. His garage is his favorite spot in the house because it is where he stores all of his golf equipment and tools. All of these items keep him occupied as he has found a love for golfing and fixing different things around the house. Recently, he noticed that his garage floor had begun to sink leaving a gap between the stairs into the house and the floor. Other areas of the garage started to do the same which prompted William to try to find a solution. While watching the news one evening he saw an advertisement for Cantey Foundation Specialists and wondered if they could possibly help. The next morning he called in and was scheduled for an appointment with System Design Specialist Jerod Tafta. Jerod arrived as scheduled and did an inspection of the garage. He told William that there was a great solution for this issue called the PolyLevel process. It would start with small holes being drilled through the concrete slab. Then the liquid PolyLevel would be injected underneath the slab and would fill all the voids that exist. This liquid would harden within 15 seconds and fully stabilize after 15 minutes. This process would lift the concrete and give it a stable foundation to rest on. William was impressed at how quickly this PolyLevel solution could repair his garage and decided he wanted to get it installed. Production Team Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Team Member Joshua Hough came out and effectively installed the PolyLevel process. William is back to his hobbies in the garage with the comfort of knowing his favorite spot in the house is safe and stable.
The Hobby Space
Homeowner William loves this space in his home the most, spending his time here is important which is why the sinking concrete was most concerning.
No Longer Safe
The sinking concrete has created a tripping hazard that is incredibly unsafe for the homeowner.
Floating Stairs
The stairs leading into homeowner William's home no longer had any support.
Keeping Grounded
Now that the PolyLevel process has been applied the concrete slab has returned to its proper position giving the stairs ground to stand on and the homeowner peace of mind.
