Debbie P. is a homeowner in Irmo, SC who loves to enjoy her back porch whenever she can. It is her favorite place in her home because it is the most relaxing and comfortable. The porch is where she has her morning coffee and sits down with a good book in the afternoons. Within the past few years, she has noticed that the concrete slab of her porch has started to sink. She felt as though it was a tripping hazard that needed to be addressed. Due to her home only being a few years old, she thought that the porch would be under warranty but it was not. After calling two companies out to her home, she was not impressed with anyone's solution to her problem. Debbie needed an innovative solution from a company she felt like she could trust. While listening to the radio she heard an advertisement for Cantey Foundation Specialists. She called in and was set up for an appointment with System Design Specialist Richard Early. Specialist Richard came and did his inspection on the back porch. Richard explained that Cantey's PolyLevel process would begin with small holes being drilled through the porch. These would be the injection sites for the liquid PolyLevel that would find all the voids and fill them. Once the PolyLevel was injected, it would take 15 minutes to harden. As the PolyLevel sets, it lifts the concrete slab above while stabilizing underneath the slab. Debbie felt as though this was the first time she had heard a solution that made sense and she trusted that Richard had her best interest at heart. Production Team Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Team Member Joshua Hough arrived for the scheduled installation and effectively injected the PolyLevel process. Debbie is back to enjoying her favorite spot in the house without having to worry about the potential tripping hazard.
