Drywall Cracks
One sign of settlement is cracks in your sheet rock. There were quite a few throughout the home, and customer Steve knew he could not wait and had to get everything fixed before trying to sell the home.
Injecting Polymer
Production Team Leader Roberto Buchner is injecting the PolyLevel polymer through the small penny-size port holes.
Sloping Concrete Floors
The concrete floors of Steve's home are sloping towards the center of the slab. This has caused a gap between the walls and floors of the home. Using a level, the Production Foreman can determine movement in the slope.
Roberto Smiling
Production Team Leader Roberto Buchner smiling at the camera while stabilizing the middle of the concrete slab.
Bathroom Settling
Besides the main living room, the bathroom had the second most settlement.
Pipe Burst
Because of the pipe burst ten years prior, water had eroded the soil away leaving the concrete slab without support. The PolyLevel polymer is more dense than soil, can not be eroded away, and is light enough that it won't settle over time!
Filling the Port Holes
After the polymer is injected and the slab is lifted to the best of our ability, we patch the holes to ensure a finished look.
Customer Teaching Others
So happy with the results, customer Steve called his friends and neighbors over to show the process of the PolyLevel system.
