Concrete Leveling Photo Album: Polylevel and Nexus Pro Lifts and Stabilizes Fire Station in Ladson, South Carolina
In Ladson South Carolina, the town fire station was in desperate need of a repair. The concrete slab was cracking and shifting all along the front of the fire station. The firefighters were worried that the slab would break under the pressure of the 80,000 pound fire trucks. They called Cantey Foundation Specialists, and System Design Specialist Luke Stemple explained to them about our Polylevel process and Nexus Pro Solution. The Nexus Pro solution seals cracks from future water issues, and the PolyLevel stabilizes the slab for many years to come. Our Production Crew Foreman TJ Harden along with his crew members, were able to lift and stabilize 10,000 square feet of concrete slab. Now the firefighters no longer have to worry about their concrete slabs and continue helping save lives every day.
Fire Station
This is the front of the fire station and a huge crack running down the middle of it. It also shows the unevenness of the concrete slab drive.
Fire Station With Fire Trucks
This shows all of the fire trucks in the station and an outside look of the concrete that needs repair. Our Polylevel lifted and stabilized the whole front of the fire station making it safe for them to work and drive on.
Nexus Pro
Our Nexus Pro is Silicone-based so it is more flexible and pliable than urethane-based sealant.
Cracked Slab
This huge crack running down one of the slabs easily cracked under the stress of such heavy trucks parked on them each day.
