Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Woodworking Keeps Crawl Space in Good Condition in West Columbia, SC
Jerry B. is a homeowner from West Columbia, SC who is attempting to fix up the small home he purchased a few years ago. He bought in the hopes that one day he would be more than just a bachelor. The home is small but cozy and has a big backyard. Jerry wants his home to be the perfect place to host guests and just have fun. While driving to work one day he heard a commercial for Cantey Foundation Specialists on the radio. He had never thought of the health of his crawl space and what underlying repairs there may be. The commercial stated that Cantey offered free no obligation inspections so Jerry decided to call in. System Design Specialist Jamie Beresford arrived for the scheduled inspection and took a look at Jerry's crawl space. He found that the crawl space was in good condition however, there was some termite damage to the wooden beams that needed to be replaced. Jamie told Jerry that Cantey often does woodwork to crawl spaces and his wood could easily be replaced. Production Team Leader Israel Santana, Production Team Member Jonathan Lowder, and Production Team Member Matthew Kelley came out and successfully replaced all the damaged wood. Jerry is back to enjoying his bachelor pad with the comfort of knowing his crawl space is in excellent condition.
