I was impressed with the communication throughout the entire process.

All representatives wanted to make sure that I had my questions answered.

Patrick Davis examined my situation and developed a plan to address them. Korey Nelson made a pre-visit to ensure that the "plan" was adequate to my needs. Korey also identified a minor issue with my dryer vent that I was not aware of.

Israel Santana and his crew were outstanding. They arrived on time each day, communicated the daily plan of action, and provided pictorial evidence of the days accomplishments. All materials that were required for the job were available. There was no stoppage of work in order to retrieve a forgotten item. Israel has formed a great crew thru solid leadership. His and his teams dedication to the job at hand is very evident.

At the end of each day the job site was totally cleaned and expertly organized. When the process was completed not a single branch of my shrubbery was broken. All access doors were properly secured. The pine straw around my house appeared not to have ever been disturbed.
