I was very pleased with the overall experience. The salesman was very professional and thorough. The call center reps were also very friendly and easy to work with. Beat of all, the three gentleman that came to my house to complete the job were hard working, had a friendly demeanor and were very professional. They worked so hard for two days straight and even worked through lunch. They were efficient and did a great job. Esteban Rodriguez, Jamel, and DJ deserve a huge high 5!!

The call center representative were always very friendly. Each time I had a question or concern, they forwarded me to the appropriate personnel and got my questions answered

Trevor did a great job explaining the entire process. He was very friendly and very professional. I did. It give him A full five rating because the day of service, I was contacted by Dylan who inquired about the financing option that we selected. He stated that the financing had not been set up and it should have been set up by Trevor prior to our service.

My wife was so I Pressed with this crew. Esteban Rodriguez, jamel and DJ did a wonderful job. They called 25-30 minutes prior to their arrival on both days. They worked non stop on Monday and Tuesday to get the job completed. My wife even said they didn’t even stop to eat. Needless to say she was EXTREMELY impressed with how well they did.

My wife could not stop raving about how well the crew did cleaning up each day. We have had roofers and construction workers to work on our house and leave everything a mess. She was so impressed with their clean up she even said that the yard and surrounding area better than it did before they started the work. They did an excellent job.
