I know many ppl ignore straight 5 star reviews, but Cantey deserves it, in my experience!

We called to explain our problem (water in the basement) and request an evaluation. The call rep (sry I don't remember their name) was knowledgeable and friendly and got someone in touch with us really quickly to schedule an appointment.

Sawyer came out to do an estimate for us. He took his time measuring, etc to be sure he knew exactly what issues we were having and how to best approach the work. Then he sat down with me & my husband to explain the estimate, the work that would be involved, and made sure we understood the process. He also helped with financing on the spot and got us scheduled during that meeting.

Chandler & his crew of a few guys came by to do the work. We knew it would be a 2 day job, but they finished a little quicker than that (before lunch time on day 2). They were all friendly & hardworking, and Chandler made sure I was kept informed every step of the way.

Before they finished, Chandler made sure I was able to check everything out and the guys did a great job cleaning up. They had to jackhammer concrete, (among other things) but the amount of dust was kept extremely low. They took everything out including all the concrete debris, etc and it was spotless when they were done.
