Wood rot
The wood floors were rotting underneath their feet
Underneath the Floor
Underneath the beautiful wood floor, mold is breaking down the subfloor. Unfortunately, this also means that the whole crawlspace and structure is probably damaged.
Bathroom
The floor and rotted beams are completely removed in this bathroom. The wood rot damage is nearly everywhere.
Mid-process
By day 3, all floors, beams, and joists are removed and rebuilt throughout the whole home.
Working
The living room, bathroom, and two back bedrooms are done. Now, the crew begins working on the kitchen.
