Photo Album: Woodworking Keeps Tenants Happy in Winnsboro, SC

Brenda H. has been a property manager for an apartment complex in Winnsboro, SC for the past few years. She cares about the tenants' concerns and does what she can to help. A few of them came to her about soft spots on their floors. Brenda did not know exactly what this might be and decided to look for a professional to take a look at the crawl space. She did a search online for a company that she felt could help and found Cantey Foundation Specialists. Brenda called Cantey and was scheduled for an appointment with System Design Specialist Jamie Beresford. Jamie came out and did a thorough inspection of the crawl space and found some rotting wood that was causing those spots on the floors above. Jamie told Brenda that the best solution for her tenants would be to have the wood replaced. He assured her that Cantey has extensive experience in wood rot replacement. Brenda agreed that the wood needed to be replaced and felt it would be the perfect solution for her tenants. Production Team Leader Matt Garcia, Production Team Member Nick Riddick, and Production Team Member Brooks Walker came out and successfully replaced all the rotting wood. Brenda's tenants are happy and she is happy to be able to provide them with a solution thanks to Cantey's help.
