Photo Album: CleanSpace Works with Homeowners in Buffalo, SC

Brian and Gayle L. have lived in their Buffalo, SC home for the last 20 years. They are both hard-working professionals and often do not have time for home repairs. They love their home but it has been difficult to find the time to take care of it. With its growing age, however, Brian and Gayle had begun to notice some problems. The worst of which was the moldy smell that had begun to fill their home. Soon after, they noticed mold growing in the vents. While watching the news one evening they saw a commercial for Cantey Foundation Specialists and knew it was time for them to call a professional. They called into Cantey and were scheduled for an appointment with System Design Specialist Nathan Bailey. Nathan did a thorough inspection of the crawl space and found there was a considerable amount of moisture. Nathan sat down with Brian and Gayle to show them the photos and readings he took while in their crawl space. He explained that Cantey's CleanSpace system would be the right solution to correct their growing problem. The installation would begin with drain matting on the crawl space floor to ease moisture out of the crawl space. Then a thick lining of CleanSpace material would be installed over the floor, walls, and piers of the crawl space. The lining would be secured with spray foam adhesive to solidify the bond between the crawl space and this protective layer. Brian and Gayle felt confident in the solution that Nathan described to them and scheduled an installation date. Production Team Leader Jonathan Lowder, Production Team Member David Herbert, and Production Team Member Matthew Kelley came out and successfully installed the CleanSpace system. Brian and Gayle are amazed at how easy it was to work with Cantey to find their solution.
