Photo Album: PolyLevel Lifts Motorcycle Garage in Effingham, SC
Gary H. built his home in Effingham, SC in 2003 and plans for this to be his forever home. He and his wife have made countless memories in this home. A few years ago, they started riding motorcycles together. It is now their favorite activity to ride around town in the afternoons. While putting the motorcycles back into the garage, Gary noticed that the concrete was sinking. He had no idea how to get this fixed but knew he needed to find a solution before it got worse. He went online and with a quick search found Cantey Foundation Specialists. He entered in his information and it was not long until he received a phone call to schedule a free inspection. System Design Specialist Alex Lovette was scheduled to come out and did a thorough inspection of the garage as well as the porch that Gary was worried about. Alex told Gary that both the garage and porch could be lifted with Cantey's PolyLevel process. It would start with small holes being drilled through the concrete. The liquid PolyLevel is then injected underneath the concrete where it will fill all the voids that exist. This liquid will then begin to harden within 15 seconds. As the PolyLevel hardens, it lifts and stabilizes the concrete slab. The PolyLevel process is a lasting solution that comes with a 5-year warranty to ensure longevity. Gary believed in the solution that Alex had mapped out and scheduled an installation date. Production Team Leader Jeremey Wilson and Production Team Member Nick Collins came out and successfully injected the PolyLevel process. Gary and his wife no longer have to worry about their concrete continuing to sink and can now just enjoy a nice ride.
