Photo Album: Woodworking Adds Value to Union, SC Home

Donnie R. has lived in his Union, SC for over 10 years now with his wife and two children. Now that the children have moved out to go to school, Donnie and his wife are considering downsizing. In order to sell the house, they looked into what kind of repairs would need to be done. They had a termite inspector come out and check the crawl space for a routine inspection. The termite inspector informed them of the molding wood that was in the crawl space and that they needed to take care of it. He recommended Cantey Foundation Specialists to Donnie and gave him the number. Donnie called in and was scheduled for an appointment with System Design Specialist Grayson Forehand. Grayson arrived and did a thorough inspection of the crawl space and mapped out the areas of wood that needed to be replaced. He sat down with Donnie to let him know that Cantey often does wood rot replacement and could complete the job within a day. Donnie felt confident in Cantey thanks to the knowledge and expertise that Grayson has. Production Team Leader Diego Sanchez and Production Team Member Dallas Elgin came out and effectively replaced all of the rotting wood. Donnie and his wife have officially decided to sell their home with the knowledge that Cantey's solution has added value to their home.
