Photo Album: SmartSump Stops Flooding of Home Filled with Memories in Columbia, SC
Ann Marie R. of Columbia, SC has owned her home since 1969. It was the home she and her husband moved into as newlyweds and started a family. The halls are lined with photos of cherished memories had through the years. Ann Marie's husband passed away a few years ago and since then she has had trouble finding people to fix parts of her home. Her husband always handled the repairs and she did not know who to turn to when her basement started flooding. Ann Marie asked members of her church to see what advice they had for her and her pastor recommended Cantey Foundation Specialists. She was given the number to call to schedule her free no obligation inspection. For the scheduled inspection, System Design Specialist Jason Hugg arrived and took a look at Ann Marie's basement. Jason determined that Ann Marie needed a better sump pump that could handle the water that was causing problems in the basement. Jason explained that Cantey had a SmartSump that would be capable of removing the excess water automatically while providing a battery backup that would continue pumping out water during a power outage. Ann Marie agreed that this was the plan she needed to save her basement and home from any further damage. Production Team Leader Diego Sanchez, Production Team Member Jesus Gonzalez, Production Team Member Matthew Kelley, and Production Team Member Zenen Dominguez came out and effectively installed the SmartSump in Ann Marie's basement. Ann Marie is back to enjoying her home full of memories without the worry of her home needing repair.
