Photo Album: Cantey Participates in the Total Solar Eclipse Viewing in Camden, SC
A darkness fell on the Cantey Foundation Specialists team on Monday, August 21, 2017. We armed ourselves with special glasses and made the journey outside to view a natural phenomenon. Of course, most of the world now knows what it was like to witness such an event but at the time no one knew what to expect. We did not know if we could actually look at it or what it would be like outside. So we took to the streets to find out and it was quite a show through those strange glasses. Our team noticed the birds stopped chirping and the temperature dropped as the moon made its way in front of the sun. It was a great moment to share together as a team, something that some of us may never see again in our lifetime. Thanks to the Solar Eclipse we all have viewed a moment in history being made together.
