Bishop S. is the owner of an apartment complex in Pickens, SC. His residents began to express their concern with cracks that had started forming on the buildings. When Bishop went out to inspect the problem areas he knew it was crucial to repair the foundation for the safety of his tenants. He heard a radio advertisement for Cantey Foundation Specialists and decided he would give them a call to set up a free inspection. System Design Specialist Ryan Holloway came out to inspect and then explained to Bishop that he had created a solution for his foundation issues. Ryan told Bishop that Push Piers could be installed into the ground deep enough to push against more compact soil in order to create lift and a more solid foundation. Bishop told him this was the result he expected from the project because he wanted to keep his tenants safe and move forward with plans to remodel the apartments. Production Team Leader Sixto Lopez, Production Team Member Mariano Amaya, Production Team Member Juan Ramirez, and Production Team Member Jose Lopez came out as a team to successfully install the Push Piers. The Push Piers created the solid foundation Bishop needed and he is now moving forward with plans to remodel the apartments to make them nicer for his tenants.
