One aspect of Cantey Foundation Specialists that sets us apart from others is the way we come together to form one team that supports each other in all the different parts of bringing the highest quality service to our customers. Each new hire gets hands on experience in each area including production. Members of Accounting, Marketing, Appointment Center, Human Resources, Sales, and Production went out into the field to learn all about what Production does on a daily basis. Groups split up to watch and help install a Push Pier, SmartPump, and SmartJack with the guidance of our Production team. This gave each new member of the Cantey Team valuable knowledge about these installations that will help them in their own positions. Everyone was excited to be hands on for this experience and the Office members of the group have a new found appreciation for what our crews do daily.
