Customer Margaret V. of Columbia, SC had many issues throughout her home including interior and exterior cracks, and drainage issues in her crawl space. Cantey Foundation Specialists had the solution to her issues: push our patented piers to support the corners of the home, install SmartJacks in the crawl space to support the infrastructure, replace the old drainage system with out SmartSump system, and inject PolyLEVEL into the unstabilized concrete slabs.

Exterior Cracks

Just one of the numerous exterior cracks found at customer Margaret's home in Columbia, South Carolina.

Piers Pushed

8 Push Piers were installed around the corners of the home to permanently stabilize the exterior.

Old Crawl Space Jack

Afraid that her floors would slope even more, customer Margaret installed this crawl space jack thinking it would fix her problems. However, after talking to Specialist James Davis, she realized that this jack is not a permanent solution because it does not fix the real problem: the soil. Cantey's SmartJack systems is the correct and permanent solution because it handles the soil issue!

Faulty Sump Pump

In addition to replacing Margaret's crawl space jack, Cantey also replaced her faulty sump pump, which was installed in the wrong place. Production Crew Foreman Trey Dukes installed our SmartSump system at the lowest place in the crawl space with the correct drainage location.
