Foundation Settlement Needs Fixing Before Selling Home

Challenge

The back bedroom of this home had settled more than 2 1/2 inches over a period of time and needed to be fixed before the house could be sold.

Solution

The solution was to use four 3 inch push piers to stabilize and lift the home back into its original condition. The work included a transferable warranty which allowed the home to be sold to new, happy homeowners.
