Mike N. and his family have lived in their Greenville, SC house for about 10 years now. It has become home to them and they cannot see themselves moving anywhere else. They had not had many repairs done to the home because it was built well and they took care of it. This was until they started to notice mold growing on the vents. Mike found this strange and asked one of his friends what could be causing this. He was told that he probably had moisture problems in his crawl space. Mike had never checked on the crawl space and had no idea what condition it was in. He did an internet search for local foundation companies to see who could do an inspection. Cantey Foundation Specialists was the first link and they did free inspections. Mike immediately called and was scheduled for an appointment with System Design Specialist, Dallas Rabideaux. Dallas arrived as scheduled and did a thorough inspection of the crawl space. He confirmed Mike's suspicion that there was a moisture problem, finding high moisture levels. Dallas sat down with Mike and they discussed how Cantey's CleanSpace system would solve this issue. It would start with drainage matting being installed on the floor to help excess water flow out of the crawl space. Then a thick liner of CleanSpace material would be sized and secured on the floor, walls, and piers of the crawl space. To ensure a complete barrier, the liner is then sealed with a spray foam adhesive. This system would dry out the crawl space to protect Mike's home as well as his family's health. Mike asked a lot of questions and learned more about his crawl space than he ever knew. He was sure that the CleanSpace system was what he needed for his home and family. Production Team Leader, Israel Santana, Production Team Member, Zenen Dominguez, and Production Team Member, Austin Boan came out and successfully installed the CleanSpace system. Mike and his family no longer have to worry about moisture causing them issues and Mike has recommended Cantey to all his friends.
Tracy P. of Greenville, SC was worried about the tripping hazard her front porch presented, along with any future problems that might occur from porch settling. She called Cantey Foundations Specialists for a FREE inspection and estimate. Ultimately Cantey Foundation Specialists provided an expert concrete repair solution using the PolyLevel® system. PolyLevel® is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface. Tracy P. now has the peace of mind that her porch is nothing but beautiful and safe for her and her family.
Pat P. is among the management team at a church in Greenville, SC where unlevel sidewalks have created a hazard for everyone including children that attend the school there. Pat describes the church as a safe haven for the community but the concern of these sidewalks have been bothersome. There have been many complaints about this trip hazard, and the church does not want anyone getting hurt. Pat saw a truck with Cantey Foundation Specialists' logo on it one morning on her way to work. She gave them a call, and System Design Specialist Alexander Lovette came out to inspect the sidewalks around the church. After his inspection, he explained to Pat that he believed the solution to their problem was Cantey's PolyLevel system that would lift the sidewalk as well as create a stable foundation underneath. Alexander described that the crew would drill dime-sized holes into the concrete and then inject the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk which would fill any voids to create lift. Production Team Leader TJ Harden and Production Team Member Jeremey Wilson came out and successfully injected the sidewalks around the church. Pat and the management team now have the peace of mind that their safe haven has been fully restored.
Robert H. is a homeowner in Greenville, SC. Robert likes to tend to his yard on the weekends and other days he has off. He has a wide variety of shrubs and bushes lining his driveways and near his home. These aesthetic properties require constant maintenance to continue to look sharp and impressive to wondering eyes. Robert enjoys maintaining his homes shrubbery because he likes his home to look the best it can. That’s why when Robert saw that his home’s walkway was sinking he knew he had to do something. Robert heard about Cantey Foundation Specialists on the radio and decided to give us a call. Specialist Ryan Holloway came out to Robert’s home for a free inspection. After the inspection, Ryan explained to him that his walkway was settling due to erosion pulling away the dirt underneath. He then went on to explain that how Cantey’s patented PolyLevel process was the solution he was looking for. PolyLevel combines resin and iso to make a foam like liquid that expands and hardens. This combination lifts and levels the concrete slab. Team Leader Roberto and Team Member Nick came out to Robert’s home and efficiently injected the PolyLevel. After the project, Robert was so happy that his walkway was back to normal. Now Robert can go back to making sure his yard looks it’s best thanks to Cantey.
